MINT.io Free For A Limited Time!

The Music In No Time (MINT) groove app was briefly available for free at launch, but required a $5 IAP to unlock. A month later they got rid of the IAP, and just sold it for $5. They even upgraded everyone who had downloaded it for free, but never purchased the IAP, to full unlocked status.

I was playing with it a lot this morning. Although the interface is initially an overwhelming collage of color, I came to respect the amount of functionality they've comfortably crammed onto the screen.

It is a lot of fun and worth your time if you like expressive pattern based music. It won't replace bleep!BOX for anyone, but you can have fun jamming on it.
